With one on one personal training, you'll get an exercise program designed exclusivley for you based on your history, health and YOUR goals! Or you can cut the cost and train with a friend!
I offer small group training (3 to 4 people). It allows me to give more attention to each person in the class, wether it be cardio, strength or agility!
Training for the elderly
As we get older, we have a tendency to slow down and aren't as mobile as we once were. I'll work with you to maintain or re-gain your mobility, functionality and strength. Most importantly, I'll work on your BALANCE, which is so important! I am a Certified "Senior Fitness Specialist" with NASM.
