TRAINING FOR THE ELDERLY
As we get older, we tend to lose strength and this can cause balance problems that can lead to falls. I will work with you to regain strength and work on your balance to make falling less likely.
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
If you're trying to get in shape and perform better for a particular sport, I can help you with that! I'll design a strength, speed and agility, coordination and, cardio routine that will help you excell in your particular sport.
